When I think of pudding, I think of a sugar filled dessert. The other night I was working on getting my macros in and realized all the food I had in front of me might just taste well when mixed together. Me being the crazy cat I am decided, “Why Not?!”. I was pleasantly surprised with the results. While this might not be as epic as a the 4 hour version of Shakeology Pudding, I trust that it will still be a quick and tasty treat for you. Here’s the recipe:
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (I use reduced fat but watch out for the sugar content)
- Half Cup of Oiko’s Triple Zero Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 serving of Chocolate Shakeology or Performance Recovery Protein.
- Add water as needed to create the consistency you would like.
