Alright… it’s time to come clean. My name is Kolby Kallweit, and I’m a World of Warcraft player. Entrepreneurship,  Personal Development, and Fitness are all passions of mine, but so is gaming.

In the past, I’ve felt it might be contradictory to post about gaming while also posting about being productive. I was concerned you might judge me or question how I could be focussed on crushing goals while also crushing horde in WOW.

Here’s what I’ve learned this year that has led me to stop covering my tats,  no longer sugar coating my beliefs, and stop worrying about what other people think… I AM CONFIDENT WITH AND PROUD OF WHO I AM. I’m proud of all my flaws, my strengths, and my quirks and confident to share them with the world.

Take it from me, someone who used to worry non-stop what other people think. You’ll never please everyone so focus on doing what’s right, what you believe in, and what will make you happy instead.

Confidence is not ‘They will like me’. Confidence is ‘I’ll be fine if they don’t’.
