Muscles - we all want them, but do you really know the science behind them? Do you know the differences between hypertrophy and atrophy? Is it a good thing that your muscles tear when you workout? Did you know we have over 600 muscles that make up over 1/3 of our body weight? This has a base of Vanilla Shakeology with some goodness such as green tea powder to give it its color and coconut water and spices for some additional flavor.
